Matthew 27
1When the morning was come, all the
chief priests and elders of the people took counsel against Jesus to put him to
death: 2And when they had
bound him, they led him away, and delivered him to Pontius Pilate the governor. 3Then
Judas, which had betrayed him, when he saw that he was condemned, repented
himself, and brought again the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and
elders, 4Saying, I have
sinned in that I have betrayed the innocent blood. And they said, What is that
to us? see thou to that. 5And
he cast down the pieces of silver in the temple, and departed, and went and
hanged himself. 6And the
chief priests took the silver pieces, and said, It is not lawful for to put them
into the treasury, because it is the price of blood. 7And
they took counsel, and bought with them the potter’s field, to bury strangers
in. 8Wherefore that field
was called, The field of blood, unto this day. 9Then
was fulfilled that which was spoken by Jeremy the prophet, saying, And they took
the thirty pieces of silver, the price of him that was valued, whom they of the
children of Israel did value; 10And
gave them for the potter’s field, as the Lord appointed me.
11And Jesus stood before the
governor: and the governor asked him, saying, Art thou the King of the Jews? And
Jesus said unto him, Thou sayest. 12And
when he was accused of the chief priests and elders, he answered nothing. 13Then
said Pilate unto him, Hearest thou not how many things they witness against
thee? 14And he answered
him to never a word; insomuch that the governor marvelled greatly. 15Now
at that feast the governor was wont to release unto the people a prisoner, whom
they would. 16And they
had then a notable prisoner, called Barabbas. 17Therefore
when they were gathered together, Pilate said unto them, Whom will ye that I
release unto you? Barabbas, or Jesus which is called Christ? 18For
he knew that for envy they had delivered him. 19When
he was set down on the judgment seat, his wife sent unto him, saying, Have thou
nothing to do with that just man: for I have suffered many things this day in a
dream because of him. 20But
the chief priests and elders persuaded the multitude that they should ask
Barabbas, and destroy Jesus. 21The
governor answered and said unto them, Whether of the twain will ye that I
release unto you? They said, Barabbas. 22Pilate
saith unto them, What shall I do then with Jesus which is called Christ? They
all say unto him, Let him be crucified. 23And
the governor said, Why, what evil hath he done? But they cried out the more,
saying, Let him be crucified. 24When
Pilate saw that he could prevail nothing, but that rather a tumult was made, he
took water, and washed his hands before the multitude, saying, I am innocent of
the blood of this just person: see ye to it. 25Then
answered all the people, and said, His blood be on us, and on our children.
26Then released he Barabbas unto
them: and when he had scourged Jesus, he delivered him to be crucified. 27Then
the soldiers of the governor took Jesus into the common hall, and gathered unto
him the whole band of soldiers. 28And
they stripped him, and put on him a scarlet robe. 29And
when they had platted a crown of thorns, they put it upon his head, and a reed
in his right hand: and they bowed the knee before him, and mocked him, saying,
Hail, King of the Jews! 30And
they spit upon him, and took the reed, and smote him on the head. 31And
after that they had mocked him, they took the robe off from him, and put his own
raiment on him, and led him away to crucify him. 32And
as they came out, they found a man of Cyrene, Simon by name: him they compelled
to bear his cross.
33And when they were come unto a
place called Golgotha, that is to say, a place of a skull, 34They
gave him vinegar to drink mingled with gall: and when he had tasted thereof, he
would not drink. 35And
they crucified him, and parted his garments, casting lots: that it might be
fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, They parted my garments among them,
and upon my vesture did they cast lots. 36And
sitting down they watched him there; 37And
set up over his head his accusation written, THIS IS JESUS THE KING OF THE
JEWS. 38Then were there
two thieves crucified with him, one on the right hand, and another on the left. 39And
they that passed by reviled him, wagging their heads, 40And
saying, Thou that destroyest the temple, and buildest it in three days, save
thyself. If thou be the Son of God, come down from the cross. 41Likewise
also the chief priests mocking him, with the scribes and elders, said, 42He
saved others; himself he cannot save. If he be the King of Israel, let him now
come down from the cross, and we will believe him. 43He
trusted in God; let him deliver him now, if he will have him: for he said, I am
the Son of God. 44The
thieves also, which were crucified with him, cast the same in his teeth. 45Now
from the sixth hour there was darkness over all the land unto the ninth hour. 46And
about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, EliEli,
EliEli,
lamalama
sabachthanisabachthani?
that is to say, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? 47Some
of them that stood there, when they heard that, said, This man calleth for
Elias. 48And straightway
one of them ran, and took a sponge, and filled it with vinegar, and put it on a
reed, and gave him to drink. 49The
rest said, Let be, let us see whether Elias will come to save him.
50Jesus, when he had cried again with
a loud voice, yielded up the ghost. 51And,
behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and
the earth did quake, and the rocks rent; 52And
the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose, 53And
came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and
appeared unto many. 54Now
when the centurion, and they that were with him, watching Jesus, saw the
earthquake, and those things that were done, they feared greatly, saying, Truly
this was the Son of God. 55And
many women were there beholding afar off, which followed Jesus from Galilee,
ministering unto him: 56Among
which was Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James and Joses, and the mother
of Zebedee’s children.
57When the even was come, there came
a rich man of Arimathaea, named Joseph, who also himself was Jesus’ disciple: 58He
went to Pilate, and begged the body of Jesus. Then Pilate commanded the body to
be delivered. 59And when
Joseph had taken the body, he wrapped it in a clean linen cloth, 60And
laid it in his own new tomb, which he had hewn out in the rock: and he rolled a
great stone to the door of the sepulchre, and departed. 61And
there was Mary Magdalene, and the other Mary, sitting over against the sepulchre. 62Now
the next day, that followed the day of the preparation, the chief priests and
Pharisees came together unto Pilate, 63Saying,
Sir, we remember that that deceiver said, while he was yet alive, After three
days I will rise again. 64Command
therefore that the sepulchre be made sure until the third day, lest his
disciples come by night, and steal him away, and say unto the people, He is
risen from the dead: so the last error shall be worse than the first. 65Pilate
said unto them, Ye have a watch: go your way, make it as sure as ye can. 66So
they went, and made the sepulchre sure, sealing the stone, and setting a watch.
Matthew 28
1In the end of the sabbath, as it
began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the
other Mary to see the sepulchre. 2And,
behold, there was a great earthquake: for the angel of the Lord descended from
heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it. 3His
countenance was like lightning, and his raiment white as snow: 4And
for fear of him the keepers did shake, and became as dead men. 5And
the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek
Jesus, which was crucified. 6He
is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord
lay. 7And go quickly, and
tell his disciples that he is risen from the dead; and, behold, he goeth before
you into Galilee; there shall ye see him: lo, I have told you. 8And
they departed quickly from the sepulchre with fear and great joy; and did run to
bring his disciples word. 9And
as they went to tell his disciples, behold, Jesus met them, saying, All hail.
And they came and held him by the feet, and worshipped him. 10Then
said Jesus unto them, Be not afraid: go tell my brethren that they go into
Galilee, and there shall they see me.
11Now when they were going, behold,
some of the watch came into the city, and showed unto the chief priests all the
things that were done. 12And
when they were assembled with the elders, and had taken counsel, they gave large
money unto the soldiers, 13Saying,
Say ye, His disciples came by night, and stole him away while we slept. 14And
if this come to the governor’s ears, we will persuade him, and secure you. 15So
they took the money, and did as they were taught: and this saying is commonly
reported among the Jews until this day.
16Then the eleven disciples went away
into Galilee, into a mountain where Jesus had appointed them. 17And
when they saw him, they worshipped him: but some doubted. 18And
Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and
in earth. 19Go
ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father,
and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20Teaching
them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with
you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

HERE IS HOW TO BE SAVED AND RECEIVE EVERLASTING LIFE
THROUGH JESUS CHRIST THE MESSIAH AND SAVIOUR
You must hear or read the Gospel (
THE GOOD NEWS ABOUT JESUS).
Once you have heard the news about
Jesus you must believe it and ask him into your heart.
There are 4 steps to being saved.
-
Hear or learn of him
-
Believe in him as the Saviour
and Son of God. This is called faith in him.
-
Repent of your sins or be
sorry for them and want to forsake them
-
Pray to him and tell him you
believe he is the Son of God and ask him to
forgive you for your sins and let his precious
Holy sinless blood wash away all your sins and
redeem you back to God his Father. He will do
it. He and his father loves you and will rejoice
over your salvation. The angels in heaven
rejoice when someone gets save.
Once you have accepted Jesus as
your savoir you become a child of God. The next
step you should take is to be Baptized.
Here is an Outline of some
scriptures that support the Steps to salvation so
you will know that the things we are telling you are
true. Read these scriptures and you will not to have
to just take our word for it. The Bible says to
Study the Scriptures to show thy self approved a
workman that does not have to be ashamed,
rightly dividing the word of God.
FAITH
Faith ( or belief in Jesus )
about the things he said about him self or the
things the scriptures said about him
John 14:1 Let not your heart be
troubled ; you believe in God , believe also in me.
John 20:31 But these things are
written, that you might believe that Jesus is the
Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you might
have life through his name
Acts 8:37 (The Ethiopian eunuch
asked the apostle Phillip to be baptized) and
Phillip said If you believe with all your heart, you
may. And he answered and said I believe that Jesus
Christ is the Son of God (and then he was baptized).
Acts 19:4 and 5 Then said Paul,
John verily baptized with the baptism of
repentance, saying unto the people, that they should
believe on him which should come after him, that is.
on Christ Jesus. When they heard this, they were
baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.
John 1:12 But as many as
received him, to them gave he the power to become
the sons of God, even to them that believed on his
name.
John 6:29 Jesus answered and
said to them, This is the work of God, that you
believe on him whom he has sent ( Jesus)
John 6:69 and we believe and are
sure that thou art the Christ the Son of God
John (Jesus said ) I say
therefore unto you that ye shall die in your sins,
for if you believe not that I am he, ye shall die in
your sins.
John 11:27 she said to him, Yea
Lord I believe that thou art the Christ, the Son of
the God, which should come into the world.
Romans 10:9 That if ye shall
confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus Christ, and
shall believe in thy heart that God has raised him
from the dead, then thou be saved. and verse 10: for
with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and
with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
1 Timothy 1:16 a pattern to them
that should hereafter believe on him to everlasting
life.
Hebrews 11:6 But without faith
(BELIEF) it is impossible to please him: for he that
comes to God must believe that he is and that he is
the rewarder to them that diligently seek him.
Mark 16:16 and he said unto
them, go ye into the all the world and preach the
Gospel ( the good news about Jesus) to ever
creature. He that believeth and is Baptized shall
be saved; but he that believeth not shall be
dammed. ( or cast into hell fire).
REPENTANCE
Repent, Repentance (or be sorry
for your sins, confess to God that you have sinned
and ask for forgiveness. Ask him to help
you forsake them) and ask Jesus to come into your
heart and be your Personal Lord and savoir.
Mark 1:15 The time is fulfilled
and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye and
believe the Gospel.
Acts 2.38 Repent and be baptized
ever one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the
remission of sins, and you shall receive the gift of
the Holy Ghost.
BAPTISM
Baptism is the symbol of the
death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Baptism
alone without faith in Jesus or repentance will not
save you. If you did not accept Jesus and His saving
blood, yet you still were baptized you would go into
the water a dry sinner and come up a lost wet
sinner.
Jesus did not say, I suggest
that you get baptized or it would be nice or I hope
you don't mind being baptized . He set the example
when he was baptize by John in the Jordan river.
John didn't feel worthy to baptize Jesus. Jesus
said to John let be so for it behoves us to fulfil
all righteous. Jesus commanded it in the great
commission, when he said go into all the world and
preach the Gospel to every creature. He that
believeth and is baptize shall be saved . He that
believes not shall be dammed.
How to Baptize
The scriptural examples were not
sprinkling but by emersion. You can be baptized by
any born again believing sincere Christian. It does
not have to be a preacher or a Priest. Jesus said
to baptize in the name of The Father, the Son and
the Holy Sprit.
Stepping Out In Your Life With Jesus
Once you have become a born again
Christian you should tell others about Jesus
and pray for them. Lead your family and loved ones,
strangers or friends to Jesus Christ.
Not every one will accept Jesus.
Do not be discouraged if they don't God will use you
to lead some love ones and family members into the
Kingdom, Evangelize Study the Bible.
Grow in the word share it with
others. Read it to them if they will let you. The
word of God is powerful and sharper than a two
edged sword. It will penetrate the heart mind and
soul.
Pray constantly about little
things and big things when you walk, before you go
to sleep or when you wake up in the middle of the
night. You can whisper a prayer or pray silently
when you work or when you drive your car or walk
down the road.
Make God your constant companion
take all you problems to him he is your heavenly
father you can talk to him like you could to the
most kind and loving father.
Ask Jesus to forgive you when you
make a mistake. He will he loves to forgive.
Ask him to help you to overcome
bad habits. He will help you.
If you are having a hard time
with your spouse or you are being mistreated by some
one and life is difficult pray to him about
it. He will improve your circumstances or give you
the strength to live through the difficulties you
temporarily find your self in.
GOD BLESS YOU AND HELP YOU TO FIND
ETERNAL LIFE IN THE BEAUTIFUL KINGDOM OF JESUS CHRIST,
THE SAVOIR OF THE GENTILES AND MESSIAH OF ISRAEL
These scriptures tell you how to be
saved and become a Christian with the promise of eternal
life in Gods soon coming millennial kingdom.
MILLENNIAL KINGDOM
You can read all about the
millennial kingdom where we will rule and reign with
Jesus Christ for a thousand years here on earth.
Click on one of the Bibles
provided on this web site. After you open the
online Bible go to the book of Revelation, chapter
19.
There in the 19th chapter, you will read about the
return of Jesus Christ with the armies of
heaven dressed in white robes. These people on
white horses following Jesus back to earth are none
other than the saints of all ages who had accepted
Jesus as their Savoir and were taken to heaven seven
years before.
In 1st Thessalonians chapter 4, verses 11 through
18, describes what Christians call the rapture of
the church. Where the believers through out all
ages who have died are resurrected from their
graves. Born again believers in Christ who are
alive on earth, are called up to heaven to remain
with the Lord until he comes back on a white horse;
and his believers follow him down to earth where he
sets up his Kingdom, and rules the earth in peace
and righteousness.
The millennial kingdom will last for One Thousand
years. All the people that had a part in the first
resurrection will be immortal and live forever with
Jesus. His temple and throne will be in his
favourite city on earth, Jerusalem.
The Jewish people of Israel will finally accept him
as their King and the nation of Israel will be the
head of all nations of the earth. The Jews will
finally have peace and a greatly expanded
territory. People of all nations will go up
to Jerusalem once a year to worship the Lord. You
can read the description and dimensions of the
millennial temple and the boundaries in Ezekiel
chapters 40 through 48. God promised the land of
Israel to the Jews. They are the only nation who
have a deed to their land from God the Almighty.
Christ will renew the earth to its pristine
environment as in the beginning or even better. The
lion will lie down with the lamb and a little child
can place his hand on the hole of the adder. There
will be no crime or death or sorrow in the Kingdom
of Christ. Satan will be cast into a bottomless pit
and remain there for one thousand years. At the end
of the thousand years Satan will be released for a
short while, to temp the mortal people who have
made it into the millennial kingdom.
These mortals in the kingdom will have children and
the earth will be populated again after two thirds
of the earth perished during the seven year
tribulation that followed the rapture of the
church.
These mortals that live in the millennial kingdom
will be ruled by the immortal saints of God under
the rule of Christ the King of King's and Lord of
Lords. Probably the reason Satan will be released
for a short season is because the mortals that were
born and lived in that period of time will not have
been tempted by Satan. So they will have to make
their choice to follow Jesus or Satan just like
everyone else through out history.
You can
read what happens to them and all the rest of the
amazing events that follow, by going to the Bible on
line and reading chapters 20 and chapter 21:1 of
Revelation where you will read about the NEW HEAVENS
AND EARTH
Read all the way to the end of chapter 22, it is
beautiful beyond understanding. God has said in the
bible that, "Eye has not seen and ear has not heard
nor has it entered into the heart of man the things
God has laid up for them that love Him".
Do not miss out.
Accept Jesus today.
Today is the day of salvation no one knows how long they
will live in this life.
We hope you will place us on your favourites list and
continue to study and we will grow together in the Word
of God.
