The Millennial Temple of Jesus Christ

Please see the above time line for this dispensation and this temple. This is the last temple and the last dispensation of time on this physical earth.    It is the 7th millennial day, a 1000 yr. Sabbath and the rest from the temptations to sin that comes from the world, the flesh and the devil.  Satan will be bound in the bottomless pit as described in the 20th chp. of Revelation.  This is the sabbath that is mentioned several places in the Bible. The Bible states that  1000 or our yrs. is as one day to the Lord.

It is also in  the the book of Genesis,  the day God rested when he created the earth and all life on the earth. It is one reason that the celebration and law of the Sabbath is so important in Gods commandments to the Jewish people. The 7th day of the week or (  Saturday ) is therefore symbolic of this 1000 yr. time period known  as the Millennium.  God has said in the bible that unbelievers and the wicked shall not enter into  his rest or Sabbath.

Jesus will rule over the earth from his new temple in Jerusalem and for 1000 yrs. there will finally be peace and rest on the earth.  Israel will have no contemptuous neighbors to torment them. During this 1000 yrs. even the environment and animal life will be restored to its pristine condition much like it was in the beginning. A little child can put its hand on the hole of the adder.  The lion will lye down with the lamb. The environment that mankind polluted during earlier dispensations and especially during the nuclear wars of the 7 yr. tribulation will be restored.  The seas, the water, the land and the air will be cleansed.

The sword will be beaten into a plow.  It apparently will be an agrarian type of living. Every man will sit under his fruit tree and no one will take you home from you. Jesus will rule in perfect peace and justice. the redeemed born again Messianic Jews and Gentile Christians who were translated to heaven earlier in the rapture will be immortals. They will help Jesus rule and reign over the earth and the approximently 1/3rd of the mortals that made it through the tribulation.

Jesus also told the 12 apostles in the new testament that in his kingdom they would help judge  over the 12 tribes of Israel.  Here we see that it is no accident that Jesus called 12 apostles while he was here on earth.  There will be one apostle over each of the 12 tribes. Number patterns are very important in the Bible and very interesting to understand.

Revelation 20th chp.

7 And when the thousand years are expired,  Satan shall be loosed our of his prison,

8  And shall go out to decieve the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.

9  And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, ad devoured them.

Satan gathers up some of the mortals who were born during the 1000 yrs. and surrounds the Holy City of Jerusalem.  he still wants to destroy Jesus, the Jews and those saved mortals who were born during the 1000yrs.  He can't touch the immortal ones for they will never be tempted again.  They have already made their decision to follow Jesus and were saved at the earlier rapture of the church.

Some of those mortals however will decide to rebel and follow satan.  Those mortals who rebel will have no excuse, because they have lived during the the beautiful rule of Jesus Christ. They will have to decide to follow Jesus or satan. Everyone in history had to make that decision.  They are much like satan, and the fallen angels who had lived in heaven where every thing was perfect, and yet rebelled and were cast out of heaven. Those fallen angels became deamons of hell which now work with satan to destory as much of mankind as possible. At that point in the millinnim, God the father who was still up in heaven while Jesus ruled down here on earth,  will send down fire to devour those rebels.

Everyone through out history had to make a free will choice to follow either God or satan. The mortals born in the 1000 yrs. didn't have to make that choice because satan was locked up in the pit and couldn't temp them.  perhaps that is why he will be released at that time so it would be fair to all others who had to make that choice.

After the the millennium rule of Christ here on earth we see  God the father and the new Jerusalem descending from heaven upon the new planet.  There the redeemed of all ages will dwell with God the father, Jesus the Son and the holy angels forever

What happens after the 1000 yrs. is finished?

former Dispensations are then Finished Here on this earth. God then creats a new world and a new universe.

Sunday also at this point in history represents a new beginning. This is where God creats a second time. The old Heaven and Earth has passed away and God creates a new world, a new Heaven and earth where we will live thorough all eternity.

There will be no more dispensations or time periods,  The Bible says time will be more. We will be in eternity with God, in his beautiful new universe. We will be in the Holy city of the Heavenly Jerusalem.  The Bible said Abraham looked for a city that was not built with hands but a city whose builder and make is God.

Please note the above time line of events in Gods plan for the ages.  The Millennial of 1000 yr. Temple age  (or dispensation) is marked in purple and larger script.  It occurs right after the 7 year tribulation. It is followed by the new heaven and earth, which is marked in bright blue

Let's now follow the chain of events that the Bile describes re: how the born again believers get into the wonderful 1000 yr. reign of Christ here on earth. Click on this link and it will tell you how to become a born again Christian

At the end of the Chrisian church age , which we are now living in, Christ returns from heaven to gather his followers unto himself.  He appears in the sky with the sound of the trumpet, and his followers are caught up to heaven to be with him. Everyone on earth who is not a Christian or a Messianic Jew will be left behind and will not even see the Lords appearing at the time of the rapture of his Church. The scriptures re: the rapture is described in this audio and text link   1st Thessalonians 4th chp.

Jesus at this point has removed his followers to heaven. He has taken us out of the earth and delivered us from the judgements that is poured out on the physical earth and all people who have rejected him. That includes those who profess to be Christians but continue to live in sin.

You can read all about the terrible events that occur on earth during the 7 yr. tribulation period by reading other articles here on this site and  links at the bottom of this page.  God delivers his followers from judgements like he did when he delivered Noah and his family before the rain fell and as he delivered Lot and his family from Sodom before the fire fell. God also made through the sea for the children of Israel before the waters swallowed up the Egyptians. So we will be up in heaven while terrible judgements are poured out here o earth.

At some point in heaven during those 7 yrs. we will partake of the marriage supper of the lamb of God (Jesus Christ )  This is where the Church, also called  (the Bride of Christ) is married to the Lord.  Remember when Jesus took the last supper just before he was crucified, he said the following.  Mathew 26 chp But I say unto you I will drink no more with you from the fruit of the vine until I drink it with you in my Father's  kingdom of God.

26 And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and blessed it, and brake it, and gave it to the disciples, and said, Take , eat;  this is my body. 27 And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, Drink ye all of it; 28 For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins. 29 But I say unto you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until tha tday when I drink it new with you in my Father's kigdom.    30 And when they had sung an hymn they went out into the mount of Olives.

Revelation 19:  Commentary on scriptures below in blue:   The saints dressed in white robes, mentioned below are not those that some man, or pope appointed here on earth. rather they are everyone,  who in their life time accepted and lived for Jesus Christ or were Gods faith full servants in the old Testament. The wife mentioned in the scriptures, below is the bride of Christ ( the Church), or born again believers.  They will not be a few appointed ones from some religious domination. There will be millions and millions of true obedient believers.  Many of them will not be famous here on earth, but many of them will be the outcast , the persecuted ones, the ones that the world despised.  The world despised Jesus and persecuted him.

Jesus said if the hated me they will hate you. We can see today more and more hatred in the world today for Christians and Jews.  Take heart for you can know that the attacks and hatred  that you endure  is of satan.  Satan slso tempted Jesus but Jesus remained faithful.  The Bible says that God will not let him,  ( the devil ) tempt you above what what our are able to resist.  For with the temptation God will make a way for you.

1And after these things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and power, unto the Lord our God: 2For true and righteous are his judgments: for he hath judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand. 3And again they said, Alleluia. And her smoke rose up for ever and ever. 4And the four and twenty elders and the four beasts fell down and worshipped God that sat on the throne, saying, Amen; Alleluia.

5And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all ye his servants, and ye that fear him, both small and great. 6And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth. 7Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready. 8And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.

9And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God. 10And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.

11And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. 12His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. 13And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. 14And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. 15And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.

16And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS. 17And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God; 18That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great.

19And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army. 20And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone. 21And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh.

Commentary on above scriptures:

The sword that proceeds out of the mouth of Jesus is the word of God.  The Bible states that the word of God is sharper than a two edge sword. By his word he created the heavens and earth.  By his word he slays his enemies.

So we see in the scriptures above that after the marriage supper we will follow Jesus back down to earth on white horses to set up his millennial. all armes of the earth and all governments of the earth will be destroyed.   Click here re:  the 20th chp. of Revelation that gives more details on this subject.

1872 BC.   Genesis chp. 22

7. And Isaac spake unto Abraham his father, and said, My father: and he said Here am I, my son, And he said,  Behold the fire and the wood:  but where is the lamb for a burnt offering? 8. and Abraham said My son, God will provide  (himself ) a lamb for a burnt offering: so they went both of them together.

Genesis 22

1And it came to pass after these things, that God did tempt Abraham, and said unto him, Abraham: and he said, Behold, here I am.  2And he said, Take now thy son, thine only son Isaac, whom thou lovest, and get thee into the land of Moriah; and offer him there for a burnt offering upon one of the mountains which I will tell thee of.

3And Abraham rose up early in the morning, and saddled his ass, and took two of his young men with him, and Isaac his son, and clave the wood for the burnt offering, and rose up, and went unto the place of which God had told him. 4Then on the third day Abraham lifted up his eyes, and saw the place afar off.

5And Abraham said unto his young men, Abide ye here with the ass; and I and the lad will go yonder and worship, and come again to you. 6And Abraham took the wood of the burnt offering, and laid it upon Isaac his son; and he took the fire in his hand, and a knife; and they went both of them together. 7And Isaac spake unto Abraham his father, and said, My father: and he said, Here am I, my son. And he said, Behold the fire and the wood: but where is the lamb for a burnt offering? 8And Abraham said, My son, God will provide himself a lamb for a burnt offering: so they went both of them together.

9And they came to the place which God had told him of; and Abraham built an altar there, and laid the wood in order, and bound Isaac his son, and laid him on the altar upon the wood. 10And Abraham stretched forth his hand, and took the knife to slay his son.

11And the angel of the LORD called unto him out of heaven, and said, Abraham, Abraham: and he said, Here am I. 12And he said, Lay not thine hand upon the lad, neither do thou any thing unto him: for now I know that thou fearest God, seeing thou hast not withheld thy son, thine only son from me. 13And Abraham lifted up his eyes, and looked, and behold behind him a ram caught in a thicket by his horns: and Abraham went and took the ram, and offered him up for a burnt offering in the stead of his son. 14And Abraham called the name of that place Jehovahjireh: as it is said to this day, In the mount of the LORD it shall be seen.

15And the angel of the LORD called unto Abraham out of heaven the second time, 16And said, By myself have I sworn, saith the LORD, for because thou hast done this thing, and hast not withheld thy son, thine only son: 17That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies; 18And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; because thou hast obeyed my voice.

Commentary below:

God tells Abraham that in his seed, (the Jews)  all the nations of the earth would be blessed. Because Abraham was willing to obey God in this, and have faith, God was pleased. So 1905 yrs. later in 33AD Jesus the Messiah the lamb of God was sacrificed.  He was born to the young Jewish virgin named Mary,  who was a descendent of the royal house of king David.   His stp. father was a Jew named Joseph and his real father was God in Heaven. He was born as a Jew and died as a Jew: He was raised to eternal life as a Jew and as a descendent of Abraham.  He now sits in heaven at the right hand of his father.  He is the Jewish high priest and Messiah and soon coming King of Kings and Lord of Lords.  Through him, anyone in all the nations of the earth can be blessed with eternal life.  Verse 18 above in red is is thus fullfilled. Trough Jesus the promised savior to Abraham all the nations of the earth can be blessed with eternal life.

God tells Abraham to take his only son Isaac up to Mt. Moriah, and sacrifice him on an alter there.  This grieved Abraham greatly because he and Sarah had waited for many years and Isaac was their only begotten son.  They loved him deeply, he was their pride and joy.

Now lets look at the similarities

Abraham obeyed God. Both he and Isaac journeyed to  Mt. Moriah. Isaac followed his father obediently, Jesus journeyed down from heaven where he had lived form eternity with his father. Jesus obeyed his heavenly father.  Jesus said I came not to do my will but my fathers will.  He was born of the virgin Mary. She was a descendent of King David and Abraham.

Jesus became a flesh and blood man in the line of Abraham and David, He thus fullfilled the promise made to Abraham that through his seed all nations of the earth would b blessed. Joseph was his stp. father. Joseph didn't have sexual relations with Mary until after Jesus was born. This was because Jesus was to be born of a virgin. God was to be the father of Jesus.  Click here on this red link to read and listen to the quick summary of the generations from Abraham to Jesus.

Mathew 1 verse 17 So all the generations from Abraham to David are fourteen generations; and from David until the carrying away into Babylon are fourteen generations and from the carrying into Babylon unto Christ are fourteen generations.

The Bible states that the Hoy spirit came upon Mary and begat Jesus. It was foretold in scripture that a virgin would bare a son. It even told the place where he would be born  ( In Bethlehem ). which means the house of bread.  Jesus when he walked and ministered here on earth said I am the bread of life.

700 BC before Jesus was born  God through the prophet Micah prophesied this.   Micah 5:2  But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel;  whose goings forth have been old, from everlasting.

God was, and still is his heavenly Father. Jesus is Devine and was with God the Father before the foundation of the world.  He inherited his Jewish identity through Mary. He became the lamb of God that takes away our sins, if we by faith like Abraham, accept him into our hearts.

17 So all the generations from Abraham to David are fourteen generations; and from David until the carrying away into Babylon are fourteen generations; and from the carrying away into Babylon unto Christ are fourteen generations.

Abraham believed that God could make his son live again. He laid the wood upon his son's back and the son carried it.  The wood he carried was for his sacrifice.  Jesus carried the heavy wooden cross on his back.  It was for his sacrifice. Jesus was bound to the wooden cross.  Isaac was bound and laid up on the wood for his sacrifice.  When they arrived Abraham bound Isaac  on the wood and place him on the alter. Just before Abraham plunged the knife into his son God stopped him.

Please notice the scripture that says God would provide   (him Self) a sacrifice, which  means that he would ( provide him self as a sacrifice ). That is what Jesus did.

Christ

The difference in these two sacrifices is that God tested the former and then stopped Abraham.  God didn't stop Jesus his only son and lamb of God from being sacrificed.  a lamb is meek , gentel and obedient and so was Jesus.  If God the father had stopped the sacrifice of his son, there would be no propitiation for our sins and no eternal life for us.  For God the father loved us so much that he gave his only begotten son that through him we might be saved. Please click this link form Isaiah 53 in the old testament that foretells of the suffering of Jesus as the sacrificial Lamb of god.

By the way Jerusalem , where Jesus was crucified, is where Mt. Moriah is located. This is the same place where God had tested Abraham and Isaac.  It is the place here Israel's temple stood later.  It is the same place where the chief Rabies offered up a blood sacrifice for Israel each year at Passover. It is the same place where the Jewish Sanhedrin is planning to rebuild the 3rd temple now.

You see a beautiful picture here of Prophecy in the old testament and its greater fulfillment in the new testament.  We can see also why Cain's sacrifice of grain wasn't accepted by God and Abel's sacrifice of a lamb was.  Cain tried to come to God his own way with a sacrifice of grain. There is only one way to God and that is  through Jesus, any other way is an insult to God.  It is telling God his way isn't any good.

People today try to come to God by a way they choose and the religion they choose. There is no other way than Jesus.  Jesus said no man comes to the father but by me. You see it has to be the blood sacrafice of a lamb, and that lamb is Jesus.  He is called the Pascal Lamb that takes away all sin.

By the blood of Jesus all our sins are washed away. Nothing can make us whole again but the blood of Jesus. The blood of Jesus makes us white as snow, and nothing but the blood of Jesus. No other fount I know, but the blood of Jesus.  These are beautiful pictures, symbols and prototypes. The Bible is full of these wonderful prophecies and literal fulfillments.  Watch and listen to this video clip  of Ron Wyatt describing how he found the dried blood of Jesus on the rock wall in Jeremiah's grotto in Jerusalem where the ark of the covenant was found.  He had it tested in a lab in Jerusalem and he tells the amazing thing that was revealed in the test.

When Jesus was crucified there was an earthquake and it split the rocks where he hung  on the cross.  His blood ran down through the crack and sprinkled on the ark of the covenant, which was directly below the cross. God had Jeremiah place it there hundreds of years before Jesus was crucified.  Jeremiah placed it there just before the Babylonians captured Jerusalem and took the children of Israel into Babylon. It was necessary ( it appears ),  that the blood of Jesus be sprinkled on the ark in order to fulfill the heavenly pattern.  Under the law of Moses,  the priest sprinkled the blood of the lamb on the ark of the covenant. This was done every year at the time of Passover. Jesus was scarified or  crucified on Passover.  His blood was therefore sprinkled on the ark of the covenant. and sealed up the most Holy Covenant.   Watch this video of Ron Wyatt as he tells of this amazing thing God showed him about 20 yrs ago.

Ron Wyatt talking about the blood of Jesus

Commentary here by Bill Hicks:  He scraped this blood sample from the chamber where the ark of the covenant sat. It was immediately below the crucifixion site or Jesus. The Bible said when Jesus was crucified there was an earthquake.  That quake apparently caused the crack in the rocks and the blood of Jesus ran down through that crack and fell on the ark of the covenant that had been placed there by Jeremiah centuries before.  That event hid  it from the Babylonians who were invading the city of Jerusalem. Of course this was the plan of God that moved Jeremiah In the old testament to place the ark right below the spot where Jesus would be crucified centuries later..  The blood of the lamb had to be sprinkled on the ark of the covenant. Jesus we know is the lamb of God that was sacrificed for the forgiveness of our sins. So we see here a beautiful picture and pattern. It is a foreshadow in the old testament and a literal fulfillment in the new testament. I have Ron Wyatt's link on this site so you can find out more about the wonderful  archeological discoveries of this man of God.

Pray and ask Jesus into your heart and he will save you.

The Temple of Christ Jesus during this 1000 yr. dispensation.

The Millennial Temple itself is described  in Ezekiel Chps. 40 through 48 and is very complicated. You  can read these chps. your self. by clicking on the MP3Bible on the front page of this web site.  It appears that the Jews during the millennial  dispensation will serve the Lord with sacrifices much as they did in the dispensation of the law.  This may be to impress upon them how the sacrificial system during the period of the law was a foreshadow of his life ministry. He is called the lamb of God that takes away the sins of the world. Remember in the old testament when God tested Abraham and told him to sacrifice his son Isaac

We know that Israel has never had a temple in history that fits the description or dimensions of the temple described in Ezekiel. The temple that the Jews in Israel are currently planning to build in no way comes near to the temple described in Ezekiel.  The temple that the Jews are now planning to build will be polluted by the antichrist and will be destroyed in the battle of Armagedon and at  the return of Jesus.   Christ will then build his  temple described below and it will stand for 1000 yrs.   of

It would take a lot of knowledge of architecture and construction, to accurately describe the temple or build a model of it.  Chapters  47  and 48 of Ezekiel are more easily understood and describe some of the features of the temple and the waters that flow from the house of the Lord Jesus during the millinnim.  These healing waters flow from the house of the Lord.  Half flows into the dead sea and sweetens it and the other half into the Mediterranean or great sea as the Bible calls it. The entire environment of the earth will restored to its pristine condition.

Apparently Israel will have a much greater area during the Millennium as noted on the map below and will stretch eastward clear to the Tigris and Euphrates rivers which is currently in Iraq. At our present time this would make Israel's current neighbors very angry, however, Jesus will at that time rule the earth with a rod of Iron. Much of that area that will be added is now desert but the Lord says in Isaiah 41:18 I will open rivers in high places and  fountains in the middle of the valleys:  I will make the wilderness a pool of water and the dry land springs of water.

19. I will plant in the wilderness the cedar, shit-tah tree and the myrtle and the oil tree. I will set in the desert the fir tree, the pine, and the box tree together.

20. That they may see, and know, and consider , and understand together, that the hand of the Lord hath done this, and that the Holy One of Israel hath created it.  Text and audio Isaiah 35 further describes conditions in the Millennium

There will be no war in that 1000 yr. dispensation.  Jesus will put down all governments of the earth and their armies.  He will bless Israel with peace .  Israel will recognize  and worship Jesus as the Messiah and Son of God.  They will serve him in his new Temple which will stand for 1000 years, until the great white throne judgement and the beginning of the   The New Heaven and earth which will last forever and forever.
