These are Gods commandments to the Children of Israel in the Old Testament.  They are difficult to follow if not impossible; because everyone has lied, or experienced sexual lust for another person.  Jesus said if a man (or woman for that matter) looks on some one else with sexual lust that person has already committed adultery in their heart. Most people have sinned against Gods commandments.  God loved us so much he sent his own Son from heaven to pay the sacrificial price for our sins and redeem us back to the father.

To God the Father and Jesus His Son be the Glory. 

We have a redeemer and can have eternal life with God if we accept his only provision for forgiveness for our sins.  Jesus died on the cross for us and rose again on the third day to eternal life.  Many disciples saw him as they stood with him on the Mount of Olives, and watched him ascend to heaven.
